Kansas is a no fault state, so nobody has to prove wrongdoing. One of you must have lived in Kansas for 60 days before the petition is filed, and another 60 days must pass before a judge may grant the decree, which makes a straightforward Hillsdale divorce a two month case at its very fastest.
